The intersection of law and business management.
Who We Are
Ambrosio de Lima Advocacia was founded in 2014 out of a conviction built across decades in the boardroom: sound business decisions demand that legal analysis, strategy and operations be handled together. We act as strategic partners to Brazilian and international companies — from designing the operation to executing and defending it.
In Brazil, governance, compliance and taxation are a single system — and the tax reform raises it to another level. Every business decision now demands structure, control and planning to sustain an environment that is at once profitable, compliant and durable. That integrated reading is what I bring to every company that chooses to grow securely in Brazil.
Mission
To elevate the added value delivered to our clients and their businesses, providing legal solutions that are secure, efficient and aligned with corporate reality.
Our Values
Transparency and Accountability
We treat absolute clarity and timely reporting as non-negotiable pillars. Every legal action is communicated with candor so that senior management can make informed, confident decisions — eliminating surprises and information asymmetries.
Institutional Commitment and Shared Risk
We are not merely external advisors; we take on the challenge alongside the client. Our dedication transcends the technical opinion and reaches into the engineering of the operation to shield the business and safeguard its sustainable continuity.
Continuous Improvement (Applied Learning)
The regulatory environment evolves daily. We invest obsessively in cutting-edge technical development and market intelligence, turning pure knowledge into efficient, applicable legal solutions.
Excellence Delivered, Results Oriented
We replace "legalese" with business efficiency. Our metric of success is secure growth and the agile resolution of complexity — with direct, structured answers of high added value for the company's cash and operation.
Vocation to Serve and Ethical Relationships
We cultivate partnerships built on active listening and corporate empathy. We understand each company's culture in order to serve with tailored precision, building long-term relationships in which we grow aligned with our clients.
Our method
Understanding the business.
Before any legal framing, we understand the sector, the revenue model, operating risks and the shareholders' objectives.
Root-cause diagnosis.
We analyze the matter in its full context — legal, financial, tax and governance — to treat the origin, not the symptom.
Strategy with alternatives.
We present paths with risks, costs and probabilities compared, so the client can make an informed decision.
Execution and follow-through.
We implement with management discipline: deadlines, owners and metrics.
