Governance is not a privilege of listed companies — it is what separates the company that grows from the one that merely survives. A clear decision-making structure, proportionate controls, and well-defined shareholder rules protect the estate, attract capital, and organize succession. Small and mid-sized companies need this as much as large ones — often more. I translate governance into practice suited to the size and moment of each business, not into manuals no one opens.
How we work
We design and implement governance structures for family-owned businesses and growing companies — from corporate organization to the installation of boards. The founding partner has served on Boards of Directors since 2012, and the firm advises boards and accepts board mandates in selected companies.
